About us

We are a self-defense club that has its base in the tried and tested KAPAP system. Techniques are not complicated and need to be effective for anyone, no matter what size, weight or gender you are. We use KAPAP, which was the forerunner of modern more commercialized Krav Maga. The instructor has more than two decades of experience teaching to civilians and professionals.
