Bring the first time: T-shirt with short or long sleeves. Make sure there are sleeves. Jogging pants or shorts are good. Clean shoes. Bottle of water. Towel. Cut your nails!
Buy when you want to continue: Teeth protection and groin protection. (If you want you can wear professional clothing or a uniform if you train for work, but any damage is not my problem.)
Also bring: Good attitude! There is NO space for macho bullshit, sexism, racism, homophobia or any other form of being a horrible human being to others. We smile, we laugh, I crack dumb jokes and expect you to do the same!
